Audio Engineer

Film & TV

I’m often booked as an engineer recording & editing voice-over and mixing shows to broadcast specs. I’ve worked at various studios in London to provide audio for clients such as Amazon, Netflix and the BBC. I’ve also worked on-location, recording with wireless mics for training videos and panel discussions.

Radio

I’ve had the opportunity to work on a number of radio docs over the years. Much of this work has been the recording and editing of links and then mixing down. Some of the production companies that I’ve worked with include Falling Tree, Above the Title and Somethin’ Else.

I’m also a volunteer producer at the community radio station ‘Margate Radio’ where I produce live shows and assist with all the technical stuff.

Spoken Word

Audiobooks have been a mainstay throughout my career. I’ve recorded, edited & mastered many titles from publishers such as Macmillan, Disney & Faber. These were once released on CD, but now it’s all Audible. Recently I’ve been interested in working as a producer with my first published project “Enchantment” by Katherine May out now via Faber Audio.

Music 

I’m keen to work with local bands and venues to help document the scene. I’ve been responsible for setting up mics and running the front of house at venues across London and music festivals. I’ve also produced and recorded bands with releases on labels such as ATP, Mute & Heavenly Recordings.

Composition

Mobile Apps and Games

Working closely with developers to supply audio content for clients including Wieden & Kennedy, Saatchi and Glitchers. I was TIGA award nominated for my work on ‘Prevail’ (Johnny Two Shoes).

film & TV

I’ve had my music used by clients such as Vogue Italia, V Magazine & The East End Film Festival. I enjoy the collaborative nature of this work and it is an area that I’m particularly keen to explore more.

installations

A recent avenue of work that I’m interested in. I worked with the British Arts Council and Future Fantastic Festival to compose music for ‘Give Me A Sign’, an interactive installation that toured India in 2023.

music

I produce electronic music as ‘Moon Zero’ and have released 3 albums on the German experimental label Denovali Records. I’ve also played in many bands and projects over the years and have a slight problem with buying synths.
